alexmlourencoParticipantHello,
I’m having some difficulties understanding why the product image doesn’t have the same styling as the one added to the multimedia.I’m going to add 2 images in the attachments (one that is the original one and the other that appears on the product page), and as you can see, the color is not the same. How can I prevent this from happening?
I don’t have any plugins active now, so the issue cannot be due to that.
Can you please provide some insights on this please?
Thank you.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
One possible reason for this could be that the product image is being resized and compressed by WooCommerce, which can affect its color and overall appearance..you can try uploading a high-quality image that is already optimized for web use and matches the color and style of the multimedia image.
The Images added to the product are WooCommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence this.
Can you kindly verify how it works with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to determine whether it is a problem with our theme or not?
Best Regards.

alexmlourencoParticipantHello,
I’ve tried to optimize the image but had the same outcome.
On the other images (besides the product gallery) I can reset the CSS for that particular image and the color is exactly the same to the original. Can we do, throw code something similar in the product gallery?I’m going to add bellow the credentials to a staging env where you can do pretty much everything.
Thank you.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Basically the product images are controlled by woocommerce and our theme doesn’t influence this. WooCommerce Allows some settings that you can find under Appearance >> Customize >> WooCommerce >> Product Images.
But the images are not customized with CSS due to their nature. Your images differ in size considerably. The only way to make the view awesome is to upload images of the same size and proportion.
Please check this manual: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/image-size-content-alignment-product-grid/Best Regards.
