We had a connection with a dropshipping company called hypersku so far the synchronization was working and orders received today are displayed in their system automatically. Since switching to your template, the synchronization does not work at all. I would appreciate your help to understand what can be done to fix it. Something is blocking them from connecting to the site, probably from your side.

Sorry, but we don’t quite understand what information is stored on our servers. Do you mean that this service makes some requests to our API? But we don’t have any API at all for our theme so we don’t quite understand what you mean.

It is not possible to connect to the system of the dropship suppliers. The only change made is the installation of your template. As if your template changes the code and as a result their system fails to accept API requests. Your template is somehow blocking communication.

roniinatayevParticipantI will try to explain again. I have a dropshipping website that manages the orders through dropshipping suppliers. Everything worked fine. But as soon as you installed your template, the orders on the website stopped being synchronized with the system of the dropshipping suppliers. Since the information of the license sits with you and we do not have access to this information. We would appreciate it if you could update us if any changes were made to the code or if there is a request from the servers to get access or something and it is rejected by the servers/template. We will be happy if you can check from your side if there is a certain communication that is not received. Simply, the problem started since we installed the template and we are trying to understand that maybe there is a rejection of the API request to connect from the template’s side. I don’t really have any screenshots to add beyond what I attached. I would be happy if you could check from your side if you put alone a person who can help us understand what the problem is

If your service doesn’t synchronize with your website and you think that it is caused by WoodMart theme you need to check it first. To do this, you can switch to a default WordPress theme and see if it works or not. If it works with the default theme but doesn’t work with WoodMart, please, send us your admin access and step-by-step instructions how can we check this too.
