Search category dropdown change

Hi, I need to find where to change the search category dropdown menu.
I thought it will be in the header builder, but when I find it, it only can turn on/off the dropdown menu, but not to change the menu.

Sorry to say but right now there is no option in Theme Settings available to achieve that. It requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope.
