Cookie Law Popup Isn’t Popping Up

Hello, after updating the theme recently my homepage popup that was previously showing a “approve” cookies tracking popup is now gone and replaced with just a single line showing the stores bio. See the screenshot attached. How can I switch back to the approval popup?

Hello,

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

I’ve removed all plugins and still experiencing the same issue. To give you access what is the email needed to give that access to?

Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

I’ve looked at 3 different computers and still having this issue when in Woodmart theme.

Switched to the storefront theme and not seeing the issue. Any idea on what to do?

Hello,

I am a bit confused: when I enter your site, I see white cookies of WoodMart, I accept, then a green line. Which one do you want to remove?

If you want to remove the white one, you can disable it in the Theme Settings > General > Cookies

Hello,

This is the shop page notice by Woocommerce, you can disable it in the Appearance > Customize > Woocommerce > Shop page notice.
