I want to ask if the element “Product additional information table” is possible for the attribute images to appear inside the carousel.

You need to create HTML block:

Then set the Additional tab as the global: Theme Settings > Single Product > Tabs.

The solution that you suggest will not make the images that are inside attribute values, appear as a 3 or 4-column carousel.

The circles are values of attributes like “color” or “size” and contain images.
Also, just to make it clear, I am using a single product layout.
Let me know if this is more clear, on what I want to achieve.

Sorry to say but right now there is no option in Theme Settings available to achieve that. It requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope.
