Disabling the guest checkout is not working

Hello,
I disabled the guest checkout in the option in Woocommerce > Settings > Account and Privacy.
The problem is any user can buy a product without registration.
I changed the theme to the original WordPress theme “Twenty Twenty-Three” The problem has been fixed and it shows “You must be logged in to checkout”.
Once I change the theme to “Woodmart Child” the problem appear again.
Hello,
I would like to request temporary admin access to the website to take a better look at the issue there. Also, confirm the permission for switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back.
