Hello! I’m a novice when it comes to reading this type of code, so I appreciate your support. I have been editing the names of catagories of Woodmart and in the midst of going to check how it was looking on the shop page (via Elementor) it was unable to load. The shop page also didn’t load in the safe mode of Elementor and this is the error code that came through:

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Please, describe to us your problems in a bit more detail. Attach some screenshots and provide us with a list of steps on how to reproduce them on your website.
We need your admin access also to be able to check this.

    Thank you in advance.

Thank you for your response, this is my first time going about this so I appreciate your patience. What email should I use for you to create an admin user profile for you on my site?

    Steps to recreate:
    1. At my “Pages” link, go to the “Shop-Elementor, Shop Page” and edit with elementor.

    2. You’ll see that the page doesn’t load, even after trying to ose the Safe Mode provided by elementor.

    3. With safe mode enabled, you’ll get the “Previee could not be loaded” error.

    4. If you click on “click here for preview debug” then you will see the list of 12 errors.

To confirm, I got the username sorted out, not my issue. Apologies for any confusion and thank you in advance for your help.

    Hello,

Thank you. Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily also.

    Kind Regards

Okay I believe I’ve deactivated everything that isn’t originally from WP or related to your theme. I’ve kept Woocommerce because if I recall correctly it’s part of the theme setup, but not in the theme download folder, but let me know if I just need to keep the 3 plugins from the original download.

    Thank you!

    Hello,

You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
    WoodMart core
    WooCommerce
    Elementor/WPBakery page builder

    Thank you in advance

Well… I have no idea what happened but I can access the page now. I went to turn off all of the plugins except the three you named and the page opened fine. Then I started turning on plugins and none of them brought the same error. It’s a mystery but I really appreciate your help through this!
