I have redirect malware

    I have many websites. But i get redirect only this website: https://ozzo.shop/
    This all plugins which i always use. Only your theme can get malware. Can you check this?
    I disable all plugins and this redirect continue. Can you solve this quickly because it’s very important for me.

    Hello,

    Make sure that you are running the latest version of the theme. Also, the WoodMart core plugin needs to be updated to the latest version 1.0.39 too. You can do this in WoodMart -> Plugins.

    If the theme has been updated and the core plugin is of the latest version then there is no more vulnerability on your website caused by our theme.

    Can you login and test? I bought support in the hope that you will help me because I can’t find the problem anymore, I have many sites made on different themes and the problem came out with yours. Also the plugins I use are also the ones you have with the theme. Please take a look and fix the issue.

    We tried to log in with the password you provided but it seems to be wrong. Could you please restore the backup that was made before your website got affected and update the theme and core plugin immediately?

    As we can see, the theme is still not updated to the latest version. It should be 7.2.4.

    Now i update. Before restoration i updated it and redirect continued. After restore it stand old version.

    Probably, you are restoring a backup when the malware was added to your website already. In this case, you need to delete it manually from your code. Unfortunately, we don’t have an instruction for this.
