Split: Can’t seem to update WPBakery

I have the same problem and I’ve already tried to update the plugin from Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Plugins
When I press the button “update” it changes status, but if i refresh the page the button state is still in “update”
And from Appearance -> Install Plugins I have also this error

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder

Unfortunately, we can’t do anything without your website access. In this case, you can update the plugin manually via Dashboard -> Plugins -> Add new. Download the latest version in your account on our website.
