I have a 403 problem with some prebuild websites

    Hi, i have experimented a 403 problem installing woodmart with some prebuild websites as Corporate 2 and Alternative Energy.
    I tried with Elementor and WPBakery and it´s the same error. When i deactivate elementor or Wpbakery the webpage works correctly buy i need Elementor or Bakery to work.
    I also tried to change the homepage an it works but i want the prebuild homepages as usual.
    Also if I try to open the homepage or edit with Elementor or Bakery it doesn´t work
    Please help me.

    Hello,

    Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

    WoodMart works with either the WP Bakery builder or the Elementor builder at once, but not with both at the same time. The demo content would be based on the chosen builder. It is not possible to switch from one builder to another after setting everything up.

    You need to reinstall all from scratch and use one builder only.

    Good morning Elise,
    Always I use one builder only.
    I have tried first only with the elementor builder and when installing the “corporate 2” or “Alternative Energy” template the error 403 appears, I have deleted everything in the domain and I have performed the same operation again installing only the Wp builder bakery and the same thing happened, error 403 appears. I know that both builders cannot be used at the same time.

    Hello dear,
    we have found where the problem is.
    In the “home” template there is a video block, when you delete it in elementor the 403 error stops occurring.
