    Hello,

    we’re having a few problems with the widget for adding product videos.

    The video link doesn’t save and/or the video doesn’t launch 🙁

    do you have an idea?

    Hello,

    Please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back.

    Yes you can !

    It’s not de only one website where i’v have this issue.

    Maybe the same problem.

    Hello,

    First of all, you need to define any image for the Product: https://take.ms/D6eDa , then for the proper fork of the video, I have disabled all unnecessary plugins and the video started to work well, here is a video: https://take.ms/EyDeU

    I left third-party plugins disabled so you can check it on your side.
