menu not displaying correctly

    My main navigation menu does not appear to display correctly.

    Specifically, the sub category menu’s are not popping out as they should.

    It sometimes works when im logged in as admin viewing front end, but I tried in incognito browser and 2 other browsers with the same issue happening.
