    Hello,

    Please use the below custom CSS code and paste it to Theme Settings >> Custom CSS >> CSS for Mobile section only:

    .woocommerce-cart .cart-totals-section.col-12.col-lg-5.col-xl-4.cart-collaterals {
    left: 0px !important;
}
