Variable Amount Issues

    Hi,

    I noticed when using the Variable product on the product page, the amount does not give me what I input. For instance: the price of a shirt is $10,000, after publishing the product and i go to my store page, it will then change to $9,750. All the product have the same issue. But when I post with a “Simple Product” I get the exact amount.

    Please, where is the issues coming from and how do I resolve this?

    Hello,

    Please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back.

    I apologize for the delay.

    I left these plugins activated: https://take.ms/pTG7qH , and then the issue is gone: https://take.ms/Z2BZU

    So please do the same and then activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
