    Hello,

    There is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Hi Team,

    I am using two plugins from YITH,
    1. YITH WooCommerce Cart Messages
    2. YITH Points and rewards.

    I have two websites

    1. Castanepoxy.com
    2. jimmyandjordan.com

    Both the plugins are working fine on castanepoxy.com but they are not working on jimmyandjordan.com properly.
    Cart messages are not showing the message as required. and unable to save the points and reward plugin. please have a look around these and provide me with a solution

    Also, i am not getting the Page title on all the pages please have a look at that also, in jimmyandjordan.com.
    The issue is with the layout, as when I disable the layouts I am getting some messages but not all. woocommerce notices are not working on that

    Hello,

    I have visited both of your sites and checked the cart page. The messages are showing on cart pages for both sites:

    And your “jimmyandjordan.com” logins are not working.
    I have visited your “castanepoxy.com”. You are using the old version of the theme and your required plugins are not updated.
    Please update the new versions of theme and update the required plugins and check the issue.

    And the cart messages are WooCommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence them.

    But for Plugin related issues you will need to concern the respective Plugin Support they will guide you better in this regard.

    Yes, the cart message is now visible only on the cart page. Why not on the checkout page? Also, points and rewards are not on the cart and checkout page. It’s because of the Layout I belive can you please check what is happening? As I have applied the same settings on both of the websites. Please advise or apply any custom CSS for the same. as it is necessary

    01. Actually, your mentioned concern is specifically related to a third-party Plugin for which you might need to contact the respective Plugin Support because according to the Envato Policy, we don’t provide Support for the third-party Plugin issues.

    02. Go to Appearance -> Menu -> Select a menu to edit: https://ibb.co/vHywNj5.. Select the category menu. After selecting the category menu you will see category related menus.

    Hi,

    I want my cart page and checkout page exactly like this demo only could you please do the same? it would be really helpful for me. I am unable to do the same and the current pages of my website doesn’t look neat and clean because of the expanded width

    Hi to add, This issue is because of the Layouts I have been using made by Woodmart, once I have deleted the layouts all the plugins are working fine, but with the Checkout layout and cart layout that plugin is making the issue.
    Please check into this once. As of now, I have deactivated the Layouts but you please create the layouts using your layout feature and then see woocommerce notices and plugins won’t show there features
