I want the photo to be 100% width in desktop view and 100% width in mobile view. But in mobile view the photo is positioned vertically. Can you help me fix this.

When you set the image on the background it would be cut, and if you insert it as an image element it would be scaled, it is the nature of the image and it cannot be changed with custom CSS.
