I don’t want that style. I want the style I have because it doesn’t have anything hovering over the images. I’m looking for a solution to show the hover state as default on desktop and mobile.
Where would i find the code for this so I can add the wishlist and Quickview on either side of buy button instead of over product photo?

You can select the possible product styles from theme setting to fulfill your requirements.
There are no options in theme setting to achieve what you want. It requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope. Hope you can understand our limitations.
