    Hello,

    I’m using the Cláudio Sanches plugin, Brazilian Market on WooCommerce, because in Brazil the CPF field is mandatory to issue an invoice, but in the CPF field, as you can see in the attached image, the field is optional, but needs to be checked as “required”, the plugin mentioned above makes this field mandatory, but I believe the theme is not accepting its settings. Could you help us with this problem, as we have 4 stores in Brazil that are using Woodmart.

    Hello,

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    I tested it with the WooCommerce theme and it worked normally. The CPF field did not appear as optional and was mandatory.

    Try to disable checkout custom layout in WoodMart -> Layouts -> Checkout and test how it works without it.

    If I disable checkout, the checkout page is blank. That’s not the problem.

    But if disabling it doesn’t work, we won’t have the Woodmart checkout. This would not be the best option.

    If it works without the custom layout then the plugin uses some WooCommerce hook from the default checkout. You need to contact plugin’s developers and ask which hook it use.

    Wouldn’t it be possible to deactivate that optional label, as the plugin’s support takes a long time to respond, wouldn’t it be possible to check this hook in the plugin’s code?
