how can i link HTML block with popup contact form to appear when someone click on button on my contact page?

First of all edit the contact page with page builder -> Then create the popup button form using page builder and in the content tab in general section select the popup content that you have made contact form in html blocks:

To be honest, I didn’t understand how you thought this should be done.
1. The contact page was created using Elementor.
2. I have already created a popup contact form [html_block id="16022"].
I want the contact form (HTML block: [html_block id="16022"]) to appear when I click the “Contact us” button like in this DEMO:

That screenshot doesn’t help me, so I’m asking you for a little more detailed instruction on how to do it!!!
