How can I change style of the active d categories of grid type

I’m creating a custom shop layout and using a product categories block (grid type).
If I choose the navigation type, there is an active class on the current category, which has an underline style. However, the grid type does not have it.
I want to change the style of the current one but don’t know how to achieve the same thing with the navigation type.
How can I do that?
I want to style current active category
for example :
/[CategoryA]/Product categories elm
Category A | Category B | Category C | ….Category A is the current one so I want it to be bordered or something
With navigation type , the current one has wd-active class in it which has underline style
But for the “Grid” type , there is no “wd-active” at all so I can’t custom style for that
