Problems with videos in the products. Out-of-stock variable products

    Hello, I have purchased the Woodmart theme and am in the process of setting it up, but I have had difficulty with 3 things.

    1- When a simple product is out of stock it is shown in perfectly out of stock but when it is a variable product and the variations are out of stock it is not shown in out of stock, a very strange behavior occurs and confuses the customer.     2- Regarding the videos in the products, the video link in the metabox works well, it also works well when I upload a video in the product image area, but when I put a link to a YouTube video in an image product does not work, I have tried several products and several youtube video links, it always loads and the video never plays, in the following product I have a YouTube link in the metabox and it works, I have a video uploaded on the first image and it also works, and I have a YouTube link in the second image and it doesn’t work: https://expresssolutionscuba.com/producto/microfono-usb-maono-pm471ts/

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:
    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    I have made your recommendation and error 3 has disappeared but error 1 and 2 continue

    Regarding error 1: When all the variations of a product are out of stock, the product should have the ‘Out of Stock’ label and the add to cart button should disappear or be disabled

    Regarding error 2, it is clearly an error of the Woodmart Theme, when it comes to a YouTube link it does not work (But if I activate the automatic reproduction it does work)

    Hello,

    There is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I will check and give you a possible solution.
