    Dear Xtemos,
I hope you are doing well.
Could you please look into the ajax search results feature. I added product with the name of “james jacket” and SKU is jli_200001. However, It does search only on basis of SKU why not with complete name? Secondly, There is an issue, when we search with SKU it shows double shade font. I have also added screenshot for reference.
    Thanks,
    Regards,
    Nasir

    Hello,

In this case, would be easier firstly deactivate all plugins except these ones:

    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    WooCommerce

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    Let me know the result.

    Kind Regards

    Dear Luke,
I deactivated the plugins you suggested but the issue still there. I can see the two tone colors, one is brown which I am using in my website everywhere and on top of it black color which is I think overriding the brown color.
    Thanks!

    Hello,

In this case, is there any chance that you could give me access to the dashboard area so I can have a look at the settings on your website, please?

    Kind Regards

    Hello,

You have added your own custom code to the section of the slider, so as a result, it affects titles.

    https://prnt.sc/a5mji3YFi8Xh

Remove it and let me know the result.

    Kind Regards

    Hi,
Thanks Luke, It is sorted out now. I have some queries in mind. I used that custom code in homepage sliders only and it was only affecting when you search product on homepage. Therefore, my concern is to apply that custom CSS for the specific element why it is affecting everything on that page. Is there any way to avoid this?

Second question, When I deactivate Relevanssi plugin I can search with that name of product and SKU as well, But having it activated it doesn’t let me search with product name. Why is this happening? You are suggesting this plugin yourself to use Ajax search.

I would be grateful if you guide me on this.

    Regards,
    Nasir

    Hello,

    1. Because your custom CSS works globally due to selectors. If you want to apply such styles to a specific element, you need to use the “CSS Classes” field in the settings of the section: https://prnt.sc/QpEiI1qSGwcL

So you can define there any CSS class like “custom-title” and then your selector will be like .custom-title h4, as a result, that custom will work only for the titles that are in that specific section (https://prnt.sc/nZ5btOaeVWBr) that has custom-title CSS class defined in its settings.

    2. As for the search, on my side the search by title and SKU works well, here are a few videos:

The Relevanssi search was enabled while testing: https://prnt.sc/sRK1ZgZ19hG8

    Hi,
Many thanks for the first query.

Luke, Relevanssi plugin was deactivated that is why it helped you make the videos. Now, I activated the plugin again please have a look again, search is not working by title. I have attached screenshots for better understanding.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

Yes, we see the problem, but this problem is not related to our theme, because we use the default search functionality from WordPress and on the default theme is the same problem. Here is a screenshot from the default theme:

    Hi,
It’s alright so I think I prefer not to use Relevanssi plugin. Because search is working fine without this plugin. you guys also recommending this that is why need your take on it.

My website footer is not the same as before, please look into this too.

    Thanks,
    Regards,
    Nasir
