new version 20/03/2018 theme instalation failed

Hello, I am trying to install the new version but it gives me this error:

Unpacking the package…

Installing the theme…

Destination folder already exists. /home2/teleprom/public_html/mydomain.com/wp-content/themes/woodmart/

Theme installation failed.

Hello,

There are two ways to update: via free plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/ or via FTP as shown in this video tutorial https://youtu.be/KX2bMOv6TLU
