    Hi – I am having problems with the Mailchimp promo popup signup. I’m trying to find a way so that once someone signs up, they are sent a message or something to say it’s been successful.

    Also, do you know WHERE these message go? I can’t seem to find them.

    Any help would be great. Thanks, Giles

    Also, I am trying to get the button to align next to the form field. I have checked the settings but I can’t seem to find anything that will fix it. Any help would be great. Thanks

    Hello,

    Navigate to MailChimp > Forms and find there “Messages Tab” also you will find all the settings and wording. You will need to connect to your MailChimp account.

    hi – I will try and explain more clearly …

    1 – is it possible to fix the design of the form/button – see last email
    2- the message does not appear anywhere after sign up – is it possible to show this somewhere?
    3- there is also a footer sign up (see attached jpg) – do you know where I can edit the email confirmation message that comes through after a sign up

    Hello,

    1. Add this HTML code in MailChimp form field and update your theme to the latest version.

    <p>
	<label>Email address: </label>
	<input type="email" name="EMAIL" placeholder="Your email address" required />
</p>

<p>
	<input type="submit" value="Sign up" />
</p>

    2. The message is located inside popup window and cannot be visible when the window is closed.

    3. Success Message Text from this widget is located in your footer widgets section. Appearance -> Widgets -> Footer column 3

    2. is it possible to send an email or can it go to a new page? I see a page is set up but that doesn’t seem to work.

    3 – what I meant was THE EMAIL that is sent – not the message on the website. Do you know how I can EDIT THE EMAIL?

    Sorry, but this email comes from Mailchimp and it can’t be edited in our theme scope. Sorry, but we don’t have an instruction for that.
