Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

Yep, just install the default WooCommerce Storefront theme from Appearance -> Themes -> Add new, and check that issue there. Because in general, the registration, resetting data, my account, etc. comes from WooCommerce so we will check is it our theme issue or not.
