My instagram gallery totally disappear in my home page

1. Same goes to my newsletter section, but recently i use media cleaner to remove all unattached images.. could it be the reason.. how can i restore these 2 portions?
2. How can i prevent newsletter popout when open my website?

Firstly, you need to update the theme to the latest version to fix the instagram widget.
Popup can be disabled in Theme settings -> Shop -> Promo popup.

If you have removed the background image for this section, then you should upload it again in the place it existed before.
