Delaying Javascript Stops Xtemos Animations Working

When we use xTemos extra animations for elementor elements with defer javascript activated using WPRocket, the elements with the animations stop working (especially causing the elements to not appear on mobile view).
We have excluded the following files but the issue still happens:
waypoints.js
animations.js
helpers.js
Do you have any suggestions as to how to overcome this issue?

Hello,
Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder
WP Rocket

We would prefer to try and problem solve this on our staging site. Unfortunately WPRocket plugin does not work on our staging site platform.
Is deactivating plugins on our live site the only way to investigate this?

Okay. Well we figured out a workaround. We noticed some other people having similar issues so here is our solution:
In elementor we didn’t select the ‘Xtemos Extra’ option for the elements on our webpages (under Advanced tab). Instead we chose the the ‘Motion effects’ and selected the xtemos animations from there.
This way we could turn on the Delay Javascript Execution in WProcket cache. Without doing this the animation and the element linked to it would not appear. Turning on this feature of WProcket hugely improved our google page speed insights score by the way.
