Hello,

You can fix it by applying patch # 478563. To do this, go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Patcher, find the corresponding patch and click on the “Apply” button. Let us know if it works for you.

Hello,

The product that you sent has the same image as a product image and in the gallery, because of this, the video does not work: https://monosnap.com/file/SMtLSBT1AGXwbBKd6631F7vTcturgT

So please remove the same image from the gallery and recheck the issue.

I tried the same as per your recommendation. But its not working. Its showing a black space. For now I have restored the image but can you try in same product. I’m sharing credentails.

Ok, so I have tried and it works well, as I mentioned above, I have removed a similar image from the gallery and the video started to work.
