Hi, I’m trying to add video but its not working can you pls check and let me know asap.

You can fix it by applying patch # 478563. To do this, go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Patcher, find the corresponding patch and click on the “Apply” button. Let us know if it works for you.

So please remove the same image from the gallery and recheck the issue.

I tried the same as per your recommendation. But its not working. Its showing a black space. For now I have restored the image but can you try in same product. I’m sharing credentails.

Ok, so I have tried and it works well, as I mentioned above, I have removed a similar image from the gallery and the video started to work.
