If you have used the Revolution Slider plugin in the past and later deactivated or removed it, the plugin might not have deleted the corresponding database table during the uninstallation process.

Please remove the whole section or row containing it. As soon as you have uploaded the demo, it is not compulsory anymore. you can delete it, please be careful deleting it from the database.
