You need to upload images in a bigger size and increase the size of the product thumbnail.

In Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Thumbnail Width for products, also changes thumbnail image width for categories.

I have changed the width to 630 but on the front, still shows a small size because of the server cache or Cloudflare CDN cache enabled from the server. Please delete all sorts of cache from the server and then check back the changes.
