Compatibility issue between Gravity Form Product Add-Ons and Gravity Form Steps

    Hello,

    Based on my recommendation, my client purchased your theme for their project.

    I won’t go into the details, but to summarize, I’m using Gravity Form to create configurable products. For this purpose, we have purchased licenses for GF, Gravity Wiz, and Gravity Form Product Add-Ons.

    I am facing a significant issue with the functionality of Gravity Form Product Add-Ons and Gravity Form Steps.

    When the form is on a standalone page, the steps work correctly: https://poweriti.diginative.online/configurateur-telephonie/
    However, when the form is embedded on a WooCommerce product page, everything gets stuck: https://poweriti.diginative.online/produit/my-serenity

    Just to let you know, when using a basic theme like Astra, the result is fine. The extensions were purchased, and they are official Gravity Form extensions.

    The steps functionality is crucial for this project, and Woodmart truly meets our expectations.

    Do you think you can help us with this bug?

    Could you please check how it works with the WooCommerce Storefront theme to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    No problems, it was day off 🙂

    Ok I test it with Storefront and the issue is similar…

    I’ll ask to Gravity Wiz support then, I let you know..

    Hi there,

    So after checking with support from Gravity, one is coming from a conflict between Gravity Perk and GF product Add-on. There are working on it.

    But, I deactive all plugin excepted
    – woocommerce
    – Gravity form
    – GF product Add-on
    – Woodmart Core
    – Elementor

    I check with Storefront and everything going fine, I get the gravity form in the product with steps activated.

    I selected Woodmart and check the same :
    – for the product with a form with steps, it’s going wrong, I have no add to cart, and the process is not initialized (the steps don’t work)
    – for the product without step (simple form), it works…

    Can you possibility help me on this ? as I told you I did suggest your theme (which I love :)) to my client and really want to go on it !

    One more thing, to let you know, I tested the same form into a WooCommerce product page but with a plugin (beta) developped by Gravity Wiz

    The result is a bit better has I get the add to cart button but still can’t navigate throw the steps of the form..

    Hello,

    In this default template: https://poweriti.diginative.online/produit/test/ , I see that it works well: https://take.ms/uzFlD . So if it doesn’t work well on the single product page that is built by Layouts, you need to either find which hooks on the single product the plugin uses or contact the plugin support so that they tell you which hooks you need and insert the desired hook using the “Woocommerce hook” element in the Layout builder.

    Thanks for your feedback…
    Actually it doesn’t work on the https://poweriti.diginative.online/produit/test/
    If you fil the form and try to click on Next, nothing happen, it suppose to open the rest of the form.
    We plan to create a configurable product with gravity form but I’m stuck with the steps etheir with GF product Addon and Gravity Shop (both plugin provide the same function : get a form into a product page)

    Ok, sorry for all those email 🙂 but try to understand from where is the bug.
    To let you know :
    – I deactivated the Pay now Button (if I click on it, i go on the second steps, and I’m able to fil up the all form)
    – now the Next button is not working and I’m stuck…
