product thumbnails do not load when I load more products

When I am in my web store and I hit the button to load more products, or when I use any filter, the filter function does it correctly, but the image of the products does not load.
I tried changing the php version of my site and it did not work, also with plugins to set thumbnails, and it did not work either. I need help with this as soon as possible please.
