10 million row in Database and Parent theme Issue!

    Hello there,

    I am getting below issues using the Woodmart theme.

    First issue:
    Around 10 million rows in database!!! I have only 50K products here it is: https://prnt.sc/4OKVV2snvL4t and here https://prnt.sc/P0BFFIRK8pYU

    I tried to delete some rows, but after refreshing the site, they keep generating!!

    any solutions!!!!

    Secound issue:
    theme sending Attempt to read property “post_status” on null result.

    Both issue make the site very heavy to load in both front and back end, database, cpu 150% etc… !!

    Hello,

    Please, send us your database panel access so we can check these tables and see if most of the records belong to our theme.

    I run the same website data with another server with another theme, and it working normal..

    As we can see, the database is mostly filled with attachments and not with our theme’s CSS data. Check screenshots https://gyazo.com/a682951c007122fd5165fd9837065244

    You need to check your media library. We can’t open it to see how many images you have in the library.

    Hello,

    This issue is not related to our theme. You have an enormous number of images uploaded to your website and your server can’t handle it. You need to clean your media library to fix this issue.
