I can’t update the plugin Woodmart Core

Hello, good afternoon.
My website does not work, only blue letters appear on the left side. Annex capture.
I saw your recommendations and already deactivated all plugins.
Now the Woodmart Core Plugin does not allow me to update it, it tells me download failed (I leave capture) And tried from all modes and nothing.
I even saw that they said that you had to go to the woodmart/inc/plugins/ page to download the plugin and when you go to Google, the page says that it does not exist (Annex screenshot)

Sorry to say your logins are not working. Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, try to update, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated, make the full backup of your site and export theme settings and reload the theme.
If the issue remains, delete it and install from the recent theme version. Please make the full backup of your site before any actions.
