I am not able to login to your site or even can not access the backend of the site, I think you have enabled the IP restrictions from the server, please remove the IP restrictions from the server, I am accessing the site from Pakistan.
Please deactivate all the third-party plugins, activate the parent theme, clear the cache and then check.
If the problem continues then leave all the third-party plugins deactivated and provide the access of the website we then will troubleshoot with theme plugins.
