Open your desired page in the Elementor editor. In the bottom left corner, you’ll find the responsive editing icons. Click on the mobile icon to enter mobile editing mode. In mobile editing mode, you can now adjust the size and position of the image to make it look appropriate on mobile devices.

Elementor allows you to hide or show specific elements based on the device type. If an image is not suitable for mobile view, you can hide it in mobile mode and add a separate mobile-friendly image.
