PitParticipantI have a category element in my header bottom which is set to limit categories to 8 and open the rest upon click. It shows the 8 categories fine, but once clicked to open the rest it opens another 5 and then stucks there. I start scrolling to reveal the other categories, but it only scrolls down the background, the categories are stuck to 13. Works fine in mobile menu

PitParticipantWebsite is in under construction mode, so I am attaching a video which shows the problem. It should scroll down the menu element to reveal all categories, not reveal some categories and then scroll down background only. In the video you see that as I unzoom the screen more categories are revealed.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
This menu is created in the Appearance > Menu.
You need to check the Product category in the Header builder > Select the header used and edit the Categories element to see which menu has been assigned. https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/how-to-add-and-edit-builder-elements/
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
Best Regards

PitParticipantYes its the correct menu. I checked Appearance > Menu and all categories are there. I checked the Categories element in Header and the correct menu is assigned. The problem is not that the categories are missing or wrong menu used , it just doesn’t show them correctly. It shows only some of them and then just scrolls the background instead of scrolling the category element. Please check the video I sent and you will understand its pretty clear

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please check the screen: https://gyazo.com/be7a09c88e1ca21d39dbdc299c6349db
As soon as you click the “more icon” you see all the categories.

PitParticipantIn your video you can see that the last category once you click the more icon is “Nautical”. There are 7 more categories in this menu that do not appear when you click the more icon. You can verify that in Apperance – Menus – Product Categories. This is exactly the problem I am describing!

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Initially, this menu is designed to contain as many menu items as can contain the screen height.
You have added too many items and cannot show them by default.
The only way to show them all is to overflow in CSS, in this case, the menu would not be able to offer the drop-down mega menu.
As an alternative, you can redesign the menu and make main and secondary categories in the mega menu.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
Best Regards
