Add to cart option not working sometimes

    Add to cart option not working on single product page sometimes on inspect element its shows an error theme is throwing javascript error on “add to cart”, breaking further scripts.

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    The cache is disabled on login page so you have to try twice to login

    I had made the backup yes you have permission to disable and unable the plugin as per your requirement

    You said that the site would be without plugin for 15-20 minutes but it’s like more time
    I am unable to login on my site due to unexpected site hacker attack on site
    And the look of site also change and you guys totally ruined the site
    It’s my mistake to renew the support and thinking that you will support me

    I have to restore the backup as even you activate the plugin it was not working
    You said that the site would be without plugin for 15-20 minutes even if say that at your end the cart option was working perfectly after deactivating the plugin then also I will accept that if you think that I will not accept that you can provide me a video proof along with that

    As you said that the site would be without plugin for 15-20 minutes so I had prepared my self according, if you said that you will allow me to test the features and only activate after my confirmation then I will prepare accordingly to that

    Hello,

    We are sorry for the inconvenience. We can’t send you a video because all plugins are activated now. You can temporarily deactivate them by yourself and test how it works.
    But in general, we recommend you create a staging clone of your website where you will be able to do such experiments without any problems.

    Anyway, the best way to find the reason would be to create a staging clone. This error is related to some of the installed plugins so you need to disable them and enable them one by one to find the right one.

    checked again once and found that jquery is not working perfectly when i shifted side from woodmart to twenty three and astra the cart query was working perfectly and the cart plugin support says this
    i am including that screen shot in the attachment i am using add to ajax feature and if not working that with your theme then i will suggest you to release a upgraded version or patch to solve my issue

    Yes, it may be due to plugins conflict. We still wait for you to create a staging website where you will be able to test this without plugins.
