Why Adding Translations are not giving the results

I am using woodmart theme on my wordpress site

I found Theme Translations. I have added both files with correct language code in the wp-content/themes. Also tried by adding files in wp-content/themes/woodmart/.
Also I have changed the language of WordPress but Woodmart is not showing the translated results of German Language. It is still in English Language like in my attached screenshot you can check it is ‘My Account’ that is in English Language. Even I have cleared the caches but no change. Please check the issue.

You can translate/rewrite all theme and plugin texts via PO file in WordPress. Here is a video tutorial that should help you translate your website texts with a Loco Translate plugin https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D3NsDdMzsls&list=PLMw6W4rAaOgKKv0oexGHzpWBg1imvrval&index=3
Please check the video tutorial to see how to save the translation file correctly. You can remove the plugin and translations would remain. Also, translations would remain after each theme update.
In order to translate the WooCommerce strings, you need to create a separate translation in Loco > Plugins > WooCommerce in the same way as shown in the video.

By this way I will have to translate each word. It will take a lot of time. Is there any other method to translate the theme language?

I am afraid there is no way. Officially WoodMart theme is supplied in English. As soon as you install the Loco, you may find some of the translations partially completed which were provided by other site owners.
We do not undertake the responsibility for those translations, but at the same time, it may be helpful.
In addition, the stings which are shown on the site are not so numerous.
