    Hi Xtemos,

    I try to create a header for my theme but when i enter the html block and set the image set is 600px however in the front page it show the width is not showing 600px. http://www.wowlao.com/home/

    Yes, the countdown is there and displayed correctly. What is wrong with that?

    You have uploaded this image as a background and it takes the width of the row, and not vise-versa. If you want to make this column take all the empty space, add this CSS code

    .whb-html-block-element {
    width: 100%;
}

    Hi,

    It doesn’t matter since it is the way background image works. It doesn’t depend on the element you are applying it to. The image takes the width of the block.

    Hi Xtemos team,

    Regarding the ultimate vc addon plugin not working on this theme. I had ask the plugin developer but they try activate otehr theme it working fine but when reactivate this theme the problem apply. https://i.imgur.com/Y3Mmgv4.png but in the page editor https://i.imgur.com/IqOkumq.png the ultimate addon tab is disappear. Seriously the previously is working well but dont know after upgrade the addon is gone. Please check in detail. Thank You

    Here is the message from the plugin developer:
    “I have debugged your issue and found that your woodmart theme provides WPBakery Page Builder (formerly Visual Composer) in their bundle projects so maybe they have modified the plugin according to there theme.

    Could you please ask your theme author how to activate other addons plugins for the visual composer on the site.”

    Try to replace files 

    inc/builder/Elements.php
inc/builder/Header.php
inc/builder/Frontend.php

    Hi,

    Now it is working. Will you guys fix the problem on next release?
    By the way, for the header builder i realize when i edit the desktop header then it will affect the mobile header in term of the background colour.
    http://www.wowlao.com/home when i set the header background color as pink color then in the mobile header background color also change to pink. can separate it?

    Yes, we will fix it in our next theme update. As for the background, yes, it works for both desktop and mobile versions and you can’t separate them.

    Hello,

    The problem may occur when you switch between themes in Appearance -> Themes is that widgets may lose their positions. It is a WordPress behavior and we are not able to fix this in our theme scope. Now, you need to go to Appearance -> Widgets and move all widgets to appropriate positions.
    As a workaround, you can backup your widgets configurations using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-importer-exporter/

    Hi, how can set the header menu is full width but content is boxed layout? currently i know to set header menu and content both are boxed layout.

    Hi,

    If you are using our boxed layout for your website you can’t have any elements to be full width. And so you can’t make the header full width while the general layout is set to box.

    But as we just noted, it is not possible to have any elements full width if you have boxed layout for your website.
