Tell me why I have links and how to remove them from there?

This is an item of a product in the catalog, its properties are shown when hovering over it. It is important for us to display all the properties, so we used css code:

max-height: 250px !important;
}

If you disable it, the links also have the first 3 properties. the rest are as simple text as they should be.

The second point. Is it possible to somehow control how many properties to display without interfering with the code?

The third point. I found a bug in the separator element. If you put a custom color, we get this:
