I see this is a common problem, I have searched through all available topics and watched the videos.
I want to have the ‘Free Shipping’, ‘Buyer Support’ etc. icons in the drop-down menu below my categories and in general, would like my menu to be like the demo. I have entered the HTML Block into the menu description. What am I doing wrong?

If you add the Category menu created in HTML block, you need to add icons there via WPBakery Page Builder element as shown here http://prntscr.com/iw6ntt and here: http://prntscr.com/iw6o4l and put them in the order you need.
Many thanks for the response. I have added the icons in the HTML block (I used your original code provided) but nothing from the HTML block is actually showing up in the shop category? Would you be able to check from my end to see which bit I am mistaking?
I have checked the menu which you use in the header. I see child menu elements under “Shop” element. So, you Shop drop-down displays the child elements (categories) and not the HTML block.
You will need to decide between using child elements or HTML blocks. If you use HTML blocks you will need to activate “Description” in Screen settings on Appearance > Menu http://prntscr.com/ixo8oa and add the proper shortcode of HTML block into Shop item http://prntscr.com/ixo93y
The current HTML [html_block id="1775"] is not your menu with icons. You will need to insert the proper one.
