    Hi,
    I noticed on Men & Women hero images page animation used for text and button is not working at all.

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    Hi,
    I changed the theme with twenty twenty-three and instead of changing only layout it looks mess up.
    Do I need to do anything else after activating WordPress default theme.

    Please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back.

    Hi Luke,
    You can deactivate all plugins whatever you like.
    But my content, style and layouts I have configured on woodmart theme should remain as it is.

    Hello,

    In general, those animation functionality comes from Elementor, and in order to check properly whether the issue is in our theme, you need to create a few default elements and set some animation for them and check it on the default theme.

    Hi Luke,

    I didn’t do anything and just today logged in after your message and found out header banner in out of shape attached screenshot have a look.

    As, you said above, I did the testing on default theme.

    First, I activated the default theme then I created a new page with the name of “default page”. After I created elements with animation and it is working with default theme.

    I took screenshot and made video with my phone.

    Please sort this out I want to launch this website soon but every second day I come across with new error But it doesn’t mean I don’t like the theme it is very good but I don’t know what’s happening.

    Hello,

    Please navigate to Theme Settings -> Performance -> Plugins and turn off the “Load Elementor optimized CSS” option, then clear the cache and recheck the issue.

    I did as you said and animation is working now. Thanks a lot. 🙂
    One more thing please header banner is not aligned I told you before as well. How to fix it?
