Products categories not showing up on my shop page in the side bar

    I have added products and product categories to my website. When visiting my website shop page the “Product categories” section says ” No product categories exist.” Please help!

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    The problem is in the widget section. If you go to widget “Product Categories” and choose order by “category order” they will not show up. If you choose by “name” they will show up. I need it to show up by category order. Can you fix this bug please! Thanks!

    Go in the back end of my wordpress setup, you have the credential, the widget section for shop page filter and open the “Products Categories widget” change to “category order” from name, then check the page again on the shop page, you will see it won’t work.

    The product category widget is the Woocommerce functionality and WoodMart does not influence it. If you check the issue on the Storefront, you will see the same.
