Gif images do not work on product page

    Hello,

    Hello, I have added a GIF image to my product page, but the image won’t start unless I click on it and view it. I need to make it run automatically and make it loop forever how can I do that?

    The thing is that the GIF image cannot have the autoplay functionality by its nature, you need to upload the video and then you will have such ability to enable the autoplay: https://take.ms/hZnbH
