    Hello,

    Such an error occur when a form in the Contact Form 7 plugins has been configured incorrectly.

    In order to correct, enter the form > Mail tab and check the configurations shown on the screen: http://prntscr.com/ixhkk9

    Hi there,

    Contact Form 7 it confusing, that is why i install caldera forms.

    Could you please tell me how to add custom css, so that it can look like theme design.

    as you can see in the above link that top form is contact form 7 which is included in the theme and the bottom one is caldera form, i want to design bottom as top one.

    hi there, i have designed caldera form using custom css, no need to reply previous post.

    But could you please help me, everything is fine in setting and when i submit the form it shows success message but i am not getting the mail, i checked it in spam also, i used caldera form inmy client’s website and it’s working, but in my case it is not working, could you please tell is there anything causing this issue?

    Hello,

    We have to inform you that we support only Woodmart Theme issues and sometimes we help so solve minor CSS issues or configurations of third-party plugins related to our theme.

    Caldera Form plugin is not the plugin related to Woodmart Theme. You will have to visit the official site and find all the necessary information in the documentation provided or via support.

    Thanks for your support, caldera forms is working, i installed Postman SMTP plugin, it solved the issue.
