    Hello,
on my single-product layout the “sticky buy button” on the bottom is not getting triggered on fullscreen.
When open the “developer tool” and refresh the page it is shown.

Can you please let me know what i have to change to make it work?

additional to my problem, if i click the buy now button on the sticky footer bar, its just scrolling up to the real “buy now” button. Does this happen because they share the same ID? Can that be changed?

    Hello,

    1. Could you please explain on which dimensions have such an issue? Because on my side it looks well: https://take.ms/ys9OS0

    2. Sorry, but it has such work, changing the functionality requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope.

Hope you can understand our limitations.

    Kind Regards

    The Resolution is 1929×1080
Testes with Google Chome, Edge and Firefox.
Everywhere the same issue. So it is not browser based.

I do have another short question, with this license i have, i can register up to 3 domains.
Does that mean i can use woodmart for up to 3 pages? i have different product categories which have their own website but its still one and the same business under my name. Thanks for clarification.

    Hello,

    1. On my side it still looks well: https://take.ms/gZudXY

Could you please make a video, so I can replicate it on my side?

    2. The license key can be activated once on the production site and twice on the staging platform as well (clone of your live website).

I’d be happy to assist if you have any other questions or concerns.

    Kind Regards
