woodmart-wpml multilingual conflicting

Hi there,
I have wpml multilingual translating plugin in my website but continuously I am getting a critical error once changing the site language due to a conflict with woodmart theme, Could you please support?

Hello,

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
WPML

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

Thanks for your reply

I had figured out that the problem disappears once I deactivate the wpml string translation plugin, but the other languages also disappear, Is it conflicting with the woodmart? And would you help me solving this please?

Hello,

No, you did not need to deactivate any component of WPML. WPML string is very important, you do not need to deactivate it.

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
WPML
switch to the parent theme if you use the child.

Thanks for your reply,

I did the steps and just figured out the once enabling the cache on the website the critical error happens, but un-enabling the cache solves the problem but causes that some of other plugins functions and multicurrency plugin is not working and the products is not displaying in the second language once switching the language to Arabic !

Hello,

Most likely these plugins are not compatible with WPML and you will have to deactivate them. WoodMart theme, cannon unfortunately influences that.
