mwickParticipantHello,
I have a few questions and would greatly appreciate your assistance:
1. Is it possible to remove the underlying subcategories for the desktop version? Please refer to image n1 for clarification.
2. Is there a method to make the mega menu sticky? Kindly consult image n2 for reference.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
01. Go to Appearance > menu > Expand the menu item and check the HTML block and edit these HTML blocks with page builder and customize it.
https://ibb.co/Lr6stfh02. Sorry to say it is not possible to make it sticky. It requires customization and beyond our support policy.
Best Regards.

mwickParticipantHi,
01. Sorry, but your anwser is im afraid unclear. I’m trying, as shown in the image to remove the categories under the text ‘Totaal Assortiment’ for desktop. You are refering me to the menu. There is no editor here for that section.
02. Is it possible with custom CSS to solve this issue?

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
01.But there is nothing HTML Bloks under the “TOTAAL ASSORTIMENT” menu.
02. It is possible to make it sticky with custom css code but it will damage the ui design.
Best Regards.

mwickParticipantHi Aizaz,
What you mean is the category menu in the header. What I mean is the section in the shop page, please see image.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
You have sent the image of the HTML Block. So, Go to Theme Settings > Product Archive > Page title > disable the option categories in page title.
Best Regards.

mwickParticipantHi,
Yes, that is what I meant. Now is there an option to only show this on mobile and hide it on desktop?
September 28, 2023 at 9:17 am #499808
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Try to create a custom layout for archive pages and edit the page title widget in the page builder and in the responsive settings of the page builder hide this widget in the desktop.
You can refer to documentation for more details:

mwickParticipantI’m sorry, I don’t quite understand what you mean. I think its too much effort to solve this issue.
However, upon looking in the menu, under ‘categories’ the HTML blocks are not showing on ipad. (not loading or something. Any idea why?

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
01. See this video for better understanding:
https://youtu.be/YvnCJ3viSSw02. The mobile menu does not support the mega menu block. You need to create the same menu without a mega menu block and assign it as the mobile menu. You will need to convert your mega menu items into sub-menu items for the mobile menu.
Best Regards.
